Well, marijuana no longer needs to be legalized for medical purposes,
since we have recently discovered to "mimic" the medical bennefits of
marijuana synthetically.

Well, we HAD to buy a new pair of boots... Otherwise, they wouldn't have

What about legalizing the use of Tylenol to trip?

Sure I was in Parma! I didn't want to miss the opportunity to meet the
president, but the secret service
caught up with me. Guess they get a little shakey when they see some guy
run and hop a fence near the president. Oh well...

As for Murphy Brown, I disagree with what Quayle has said. Murphy Brown
is like a symbol of what is happening in America right now. A sad issue,
indeed! There is a serious falling-out with the family.
Dysfunctional families are common, single parenting is common, marriages
are going down the toilet. This is just to name a few of course.
Many reasons and possibilities lead right up to this. These are domestic
problems that need to be solved. Solving these won't be easy. If I
become president, one way I would fight this problem is by getting more
money into the hands of the slums, ghetos, and needy. We need to create
federal training programs for these people. Earn as they learn a skill!
If we're going to spend, let's spend it on the American people!

Maybe for the troops who actually fought in the desert, but certainly
we didn't need new boots for the navy, air force, or medical personnel.
The point I'm trying to make, however, is that we simply are storing much
too much in these depots! It's costing the tax payers millions! The
millitary simply is spending every penny of their budget out of fear of
losing it!

I don't know about trying marijuana,
but it is reported to make you
euphoric (everything is rosy). It
also tends to give you the "munchies"
(you get hungry after using it). It
makes you think things are funny that
are not particularly funny. It is
reported to lower sperm counts. I
believe it is a dilator of the pupils
(people wear sunglasses). My kids are
advocates of "getting high". Also, it
is related to a lackadasical attitude
about serious things like school
and/or work.

they can always know where they are. Then, when they have enough, they
can bring all their Pennies into the bank, and get a nive, shiny, crisp

Let down after a Mary Joe high? I
don't know about hangovers and such.
Marijuana is not supposed to be
physically and emotionally addicting
like the hard drugs (heroin,
cocaine). For fairness sake, I'll say
that some people like the high they
get from smoking marijuana and still
do well in their lives. Marijuana is
a recognized treatment for glaucoma
and the nausea from chemotherapy.

I don't know how many of you listen to WMMS daily, but the station is
becoming a little to old. I mean, it seems like they are playing some
music that should be on WNCX. Today I listened to the noon hour broadcast
and they were playing a lot of beattles. Usually they would play some
Zepplin, Tom Petty and other recent bands, But this beattles garbage is
getting a little old. I like the beattles but I rather listen to recent
rock than classic. I can't wait till Matt the Cat comes back from

The only station that is a "station of the 90's" is a station called 89-X
out of Windsor, Ontario! Tune it in whenever 88.7 WUJC goes off the air!
It's a great station!!!!

Plays only good current "alternative" music...

Secondly, I like the fact that they always run down their play-list during
a break...remember when Cleveland radio stations did this YEARS ago???

If we paint the white house purple or green, it would make little sense
to call it the white house...if we did go ahead and do it anyways, I
can't help but think that many of the minorities in America would protest
stating it as racist! As long as we keep the white house white, we have
an excuse for calling it the white house...Of course I could solve the
problem by getting a minority as a vice-president...then I could
paint it purple or green, still call it the white house, and everyone
should be happy...except people who wanted it painted purple, if I paited
it green instead, or vice versia...AH, politics...can't please everyone...

Didn't you know that Jap cars, equipped with digital odometers, are
programmed, at the factory, to increment 1 mile per 100 so as to speed up
the rate of service calls?

That's pretty funny...I mean let's face it...the analog odometers (found
in most cars) aren't as accurate as digital...so the digital ones
increment 1 mile every 100 and be just as accurate as the analog
ones...not that they're breaking any laws...I bet it meets ALL Federal
regulations on odometers...I think the law books need to be updated...

Speaking of purple...

I had a dream about purple once...

it was truly bizarre!

Basically I was this big time recording artist and I had just completed my
biggest hit...the title was "Color me Purple"...weird...

not sure why either...although I think part of it came from the fact that
I was discussing purple hair with someone...think some girl wanted to dye
my hair purple or something...bizarre...

Hmm, unless I mistyped my message, SHE WANTED TO DYE MY HAIR purple...
Hey I'm open minded...A chick with purple hair might not be all that bad.
Depends on the natural hair color...if she's a blond, the purple would
really show...if her hair is darker, it'll show less...

yes digitail are more acurates in all
range of speed for example of a 89
vette with 6spd had on clocked by a
test radar gun and by speedo both
matched perfectly up to 190mph
analog tends to shift off at high
speeds as much as 10 mph over acual
readingsame as in my 78'dodge b200
van going 120mph on pa i-80 when it
had mechanically limit of 100mph the
needle tends to go further past the
mark, acually i was in same group as
some cars speeding one had digital i
was able to read his for comparsion
and i was surprised to get 120mph!

Yes, baring the boobs in public is
illegal in Canada. That's why the
women were crossing into the U.S. to
bare their boobs.

I remember the Hannekens. They were the best. Cool and reserved, they'd
attack monsters like AIDS, teenaged abortion, drinking, and basically made
life a better place for all of us. Then, one of them decided to drive to
Max Jiians's house and shoot the breeze. Well, I guess the wind was
blowing pretty hard that day, because that one Hanneken went and shot
the TEASE. It was horrible...makes you want to turn your car upside down,
like those old Omni's and use them for an aquarium.

I also re-call debating with the Hannekens over the legalization of drugs,
which I am opposed to....they always had a knack of never really defining
their position on something....they always debated a position in the third
person...pretty bizarre...it was a good debate however....
As for turning Omni's into Aquariums, aren't you mistaking Omni's for the
AMC Pacer? My sister knows someone who turned a Pacer into an Aquarium...

I'm a simple man with simple needs,

searching for a copy of "unarc", but
for some reason I'm damned in this

superunarc on partime bbs in object
file form, damn thing didn't work.
Then I found a version of it here
that is alfcrunched...hooray...but
wait a minute, I have to unalf it
first, but there's no "unalf" file
here! So back to
parttime...Hooray...I found an
"unalf" program, but the damn thing
is "arced". How can I unalf the unarc
when I can't unarc the unalf? Getting
complicated? I know...I'm stressing
out.Point being: If anyone by chance
has a copy of unarc.obj that works
would you please be so kind and
merciful to upload it here. please

No, I'm just using DOS 2.5. Is there
an unarc that will work with that?
I have the superarc program and that
works but the unarc...no go.
Any suggestions, hints, clues, phone
numbers of ex-girlfriends...anything
would be helpful.

Check out the latest Atari Advantage magazine for all the truths...

In a nutshell it'll have a 68030 SCSI-2 port, DSP chip, Super VGA
Graphics, dynamite sound, etc...
I dunno....don't have the specs handy here...does anyone?
...and it'll maintain compatibility with the ST, how much remains to be

No, The Ultimatum was run by Damian, who went IBM, became Dalamar
Do'Urden, and then ran Dimension Hatross for a while, which was basically
the Ultiumatum with killer ANSI instead of ATASCII.

Demon Watcher ran Devil's Island, which also went up and down and up...

gosh, talk about torture on the thumb....the thumb will forever live on a
dead corpse....I'm sorry, but without a functioning body, this thumb that

decompose and the thumb will be freed of it's useless body....then we'll

His Ansi was KILLER for Ansi, I s'spose....
Nothing beats Atascii...Atascii is still the best micro
graphics character set out there....plus the screens are displayed
much faster than most PC-Ansi....but that's probably not a fair comparison
since Atascii is a monochrome character set....yep, the only thing PC-Ansi
has going for it is the color....

By the way, yeah! Damian....that's right...now I remember his old handle!
